Free Trade Isn’t Free
Democrats think free trade — where the US doesn’t use tariffs to protect domestic industries, as Trump did with steel and aluminum — is good for the country, but they don’t get that it produces unemployment in those areas affected by cheap foreign imports, and what you end up with is a huge rust belt of poverty and hopelessness. Free trade isn’t free.
Economic Recovery?
Will the Federal Reserve and the Treasury just paper over this financial crisis with tons of dollars like they did in 2008 so there is no collapse or will the collapse happen anyway? That’s the question.
Another Win?
Looks like there may be another win for Trump. Chinese announce they will be lowering many of their tariffs next year.
How is the liberal press going to twist that story?
Boycott China
If you are pro America, don’t buy anything made in China — nothing. Send a message by your own personal actions. Read the label and if it says “Made in China,” don’t buy that product, even if it is cheaper and well made.
Boycott China not just for their predatory trade practices, but also for their totalitarian, undemocratic, and repressive politics. Vote with your wallet.
US/China Trade War
The Chinese are not going to be in any hurry to make concessions when next year is a presidential election year. Trump could just go away would be their thinking. But if Trump wins reelection, they would cave. So it will be interesting to see if China tries to meddle in our election, for they have a lot to lose if Trump wins.
