I am a voracious reader and also enjoy writing. I often have a very different point of view than the popular one. I do see value in debate, and thought it might add to the public debate on controversial issues if I were to express my contrarian opinions. I also started keeping my poems recently (I've written little pieces my whole adult life but never kept any); and I've been a photographer now for over 25 years. So I will be adding an occasional poem and hopefully interesting photograph to the blog along the way, just to spice things up.

Killing Kennedy
To this day, the general public has no idea that a government cabal, including the CIA and the Secret Service, assassinated a president.
Italian Stock Market
Can the Italian stock market stay above 19,802? If it breaks that support level, it could bring down all of Europe, and Europe could bring down the US stock market.
The smart money will be watching the FTSE MIB this coming week — not the trade war with China. Italy could be the end to this long bull market or at least the avenue to a 20+% correction.
One Sane Democrat, at Least
Refreshing to hear a Democrat candidate who isn’t a complete lunatic — sanity isn’t a high priority among the Democrat candidates. Enter Tulsi Gabbard on the issue of big tech and freedom of information.
She also has some very sane views on many foreign policy issues.
Jeffrey Epstein
Common for the media to suggest the Russians poisoned yet another person — the American media does that at the drop of a hat — but here we have Jeffrey Epstein supposedly committing suicide in a detention center known for very tight control, and yet no one says anything — despite the fact there it was known that Epstein was going to take down some very prominent names. Very convenient for those “very prominent names” that Epstein suddenly kills himself. Very convenient.
Something doesn’t smell right here.
The Russians are not the only ones who play these games.
