Mind Travel

Put yourself into solitude. No outside distraction, no TV, no Internet, no phone. Just you and some time away from everything.

Close your eyes. Find some place in your mind that is familiar to you, where you have been and are completely aware of.

Mentally, just move around in that space for 15 minutes or longer. Enjoy the trip and don’t rush back.

You’ve just experienced “mind travel” — a kind of meditation that frees you form any distress/anxiety/negativity about the present. A nice escape.
